Welcoming server, cashier and all the way to my main server Adley upon entry, I must say we’re excellent at their job roles/ task. The welcoming was on point, as she greeted me with a smile and helped me choose drink options, down to the severe me choose my table and get situated was superb. I saw her even seating another table and as they walked off doing a secondary wiped down just to make sure everything was clean and bright. Adley checked on me and made sure I never needed a drink. He did this all with a big smile, happy to be at work. Tone was very calm, friendly and professional. This is the type of service that makes the food even taste better! As a person that values good customer service I am happy to write this review, and commend leadership for the training, and detail to good customer service. Thank you for having all three on the clock this Saturday afternoon. Adley whom has been one of the best servers I’ve come into contact with this year and is always pleasant upon all my visits. This is the type of service that should be exemplified, and rewarded. As a customer for over 20 years ,initiated l at the Golden Corrals of Maryland back in 2002 I am thankful to have one

The food was delicious. Great variety of food. So many options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the fried fish . The pasta was good also and the salad bar . They also had a plethora of desserts that I did not try this time. Too busy trying to drink the whole sangria machine. Which was very tasty. The frozen drinks was marvelous also. I will definitely be back happy eating Bronx…the service was wonderful. Beyond expectations

The atmosphere is giving cafeteria/diner vibes. when you walk in your greeted by a friendly, welcoming staff. Isaiah and Icesis were very accommodating and helpful. It's basic buffet food but the staff separate golden corral from other buffet spots. The ribs were delicious and the Boston baked beans were Low-key the star of the show. You're given 90 minutes to eat for $21.00 a head. More than enough time to eat and chill at your pace. There's alcohol available for extra charge and a plethora of treats for those with a sweet tooth. Overwhelmingly a chill vibe at your own pace for a reasonable price. You can't lose.

Icesis was an awesome server. That is always an important part of dining out. The food selection was amazing. I really enjoyed the pot roast, butterfly shrimp, Alfredo pasta with chicken and creamed spinach. Not to mention the dessert selection was massive. The manager was also very nice. They give you the option to use your debit card to get cash back for a tip for your server, that’s awesome. Good service = Good tip. Keep up the good work Golden, we’ll be back!!
